Mike Sherry
A chartered certified accountant (FCCA), Mike has worked in finance for a variety of organisations from start-ups to mature businesses with turnovers of up to £250m. Over the last 6 years Mike has been involved in several environmental projects in Sub-Saharan Africa, from energy efficient cook-stoves to micro-finance. Mike has spoken at various climate change meetings including COP15 in Copenhagen and UNEP FI Roundtable in Washington DC.
Mike has degrees in Chemistry and Applied Accounting, and interests in entrepreneurship in developing countries, impact investing, crowd funding, environmental investment and finance.
James Goddard
Early in his career James held a number of senior marketing positions within Capital Bank / Bank of Scotland, Renault and Prudential before finding his natural home agency side, founding JJ Marketing in 1989.
During his 30-year career, James has gained extensive experience working across most aspects of marketing and was an early advocate of digital as an integral part of marketing communications. He sits on various industry panels, lectures on a range of industry related topics, is a Council member of the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising and an IPA Fellow.
Paul Clements-Hunt
Paul is the former Head of the United Nations Environment Programme Finance Initiative (UNEP FI). Also a founding Board member, as well as original UN backer, of the United Nations- backed Principles for Responsible Investment, an initiative supported by more than 1,000 of the world's largest institutional investors representing more than $32 trillion in assets.
In a 25-year career, Paul has worked across business, investment, international affairs and the media to promote the case for sustainable finance and responsible investment. He founded The Blended Capital Group (TBCG) in mid 2012 and regularly lectures regularly on finance, investment and sustainability issues.
Paul Evans
Paul has enjoyed a varied business career having first qualified as a lawyer before moving into the IT market with Shuttle Technology, a US based venture in 1994. In 1998, he co-founded Redstor, an IT business specialising in Cloud Backup and is currently the Managing Director. In 2007 he co-founded another IT company, CentraStage, a Cloud business delivering end point management of devices and currently sits on the board as a Non Executive Director.
In March 2014, Paul invested in MWEZI having been impressed by the vision of the founders and is now a Non Executive Board Director.
